Status of this document

This page is a draft shell, not a finished legal document. It sets out the sections a terms of use document for this site is expected to cover, in plain language, pending review by a qualified solicitor before it is relied on as the site's actual terms.

What this covers

These terms cover use of this website only, reading its pages and submitting the forms on it. They do not cover any consultancy engagement, design partnership, or paid work, which would be agreed separately in writing between Waferchip and the client before any work begins.

The nature of what's described here

Some pages on this site, including Waferclick and the privacy-focused tracking service, describe concepts and services that are still in development, being validated with design partners, or not yet proven in a live client engagement. Where a page says a concept is pre-build or unvalidated, treat that as a description of its current stage, not a guarantee of results.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer of services. A consultation, quote, or scoping conversation initiated through a form on this site does not itself create a contract.

Using this site

You agree not to:

• submit false or misleading information through any form on this site
• submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, including by automated means
• use this site to send unsolicited commercial communications

Intellectual property

The text, design, and images on this site belong to Waferchip unless stated otherwise, and are made available for you to view this site, not to copy, republish, or reuse elsewhere without permission.

No liability for reliance on this site

This site is provided as-is. Reasonable care has been taken to keep it accurate, but Waferchip gives no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Links from this site to other sites are provided for convenience. Waferchip is not responsible for the content or practices of any site it does not operate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
